Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Academy

Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Academy in Queens Village closed at the end of the 2018 school year. The Diocese of Brooklyn would like to wish all of the academy’s former students well in their future endeavors and encourage them to continue to pursue Catholic education at one of our other great schools in Queens.

Former students from Our Lady of Lourdes are encouraged to enroll in nearby schools like Incarnation Catholic Academy, Saints Joachim and Anne School, St. Gregory the Great Catholic Academy, and Our Lady of the Snows Catholic Academy.

In order to register in a neighboring Catholic academy, families of Our Lady of Lourdes must meet all of their financial obligations. Students who enroll in those schools or any other Diocese of Brooklyn Catholic academy or school will automatically receive a $500 tuition assistance grant. You can also contact your parish pastor for advice on Catholic education in your area.

The diocese would also like to thank the administration, faculty and staff for years of dedication to Catholic education. Change is inevitable, but we remain committed to providing the highest quality Catholic education in Queens and Brooklyn.

After August 31, 2018, all student records can be requested from the Diocesan Archivist, Mr. Joseph Coen, who can be reached at archives@diobrook.org or the Diocesan Offices located at 310 Prospect Park West, Brooklyn, New York 11215.

You can keep in touch with the Our Lady of Lourdes community on Facebook.
